230 lbs!!
I'm was done good but I would like to see some progress again the felt good.
I'm going to start to try different workouts. And maybe start to focus on a different diet plan, I liked the Ducan diet.
I have been very motivated lately with a coworker who has lost 40 pounds in three months on an extreme diet, about 800-1000 calories a day.
Today I am going to do the stationary bike for 60 minutes, about 1100 cal.
Today I am going to eat lean protein, high fiber vegetables, no gluten, and no sugar.
My new short-term goal is to get to 220 lbs by January 15, 2015.
Today I weighed in at: 231.4
