GREAT DAY!!

Making some great progress.

Feels good to see the scale moving!

Second day working on the elliptical 45 minutes 750 cal felt great!

Eating lowfat proteins egg whites roasted turkey breast, high-fiber's vegetables,  no sugar no gluten.

I'm going to need a new swimming suit there soon!!
