Today I did not do anything really to lose wight.
- I had carbs for breakfast 4:30am.
- I have eggs and bacon for a second breakfast at about 10:00am.
- I had a peanut butter and jolly sandwitch for lunch at about 3:00pm.
- Dinner had grilled chichen and veg. at about 7:30pm That was good but I finishing off some Jell-O and Cool Whip, why I do not know. I was still hungry so I hand a peach befor gong to bed.
I walked about 9000 steppe today, not even a hard day at work.
I need to get motivated to do this. 200 lbs is not going to just fall off it is going to take some work. So I better get working on this!
Tomorrow I am going to do the elliptical for 20 minutes!
My goal is to get to 200 lbs by the end of August.
